PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in the County of Marinette, Wisconsin that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. The public hearing will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the County Board Room of the Marinette County Courthouse, 1926 Hall Ave, Marinette, WI 54143 relative to the following:
LAKE LUNDGREN BIBLE CAMP INC – Parcel # 022-00176.000, 022-00177.000, 022-00180.000, 022-00189.000, 022-00189.002, 022-00191.000, and 022-00195.002 Part of N1/2 SE1/4 S6 T36N R20E and S1/2 NE1/4 S6 T36N R20E, Town of Pembine, Lundgren Lake, Conditional Use Permit Application to expand the Bible Camp - Multi-Unit Development, allowing up to 98 units on this property.
The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on the above matter. The application is available for review in the Marinette County Land Information Department located on the second floor of the Resource Center, 1925 Ella Court, Marinette WI 54143 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard or to provide written comments to the Marinette County Land Information Department, 1926 Hall Ave., Marinette, WI 54143-1717, prior to Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
